How do I include company logo in my report export?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Make sure logos are saved in the "SavedLogos" directory and are named with the corresponding OU.

1. Log into the server on which Workbench is hosted
2. Navigate to the Workbench installations directory
   1. This is usually C:\ProgramData\Penta Technologies, Inc\Penta Workbench\WorkbenchName
3. There will be a "SavedLogos" directory, copy any company logos you want to use into this directory

Note: 

• Each logo file must be a .png or .jpg
• Each logo file must have the same name as the OU ID it is associated with
  • Example below:  4700.jpg is associated with OU ID 4700
