How to add Maintenance Contract note that applies to one location

How can I add a note to a Maintenance Contract that only applies to one of the locations?
Environment
PENTA for windows
Maintenance Contract window > Notes tab
Resolution/Fix/Answer
If the Maintenance Contract covers multiple locations, the user can enter the Maintenance Contract notes specific to a location BUT if the Maintenance Contract is one location only then you can leave the Customer Id and Location blank.
