Accounts Payable (AP) Detail report and Workbench Panel: AP Aging chart do not show the same results
Issue/Symptom/Question
User runs the AP Detail Aging report in PENTA and the Workbench panel: AP Aging Chart with the same parameters, she doesn't get the same data. The total payables should both be the same. Do Workbench reports have different permission/access that the Reports have?

Security Setup:
System Management > Security > Define Users > AP Check Forms
Resolution/Fix/Answer
In addition to Organizational Unit security, the Workbench Panel requires AP Check Form security. Review the setup for the User in System Management to make sure the user is set up with the proper security.
Keep All AP Check Form Code = 'S' and grant permission to specific AP Check Forms, or
Set All AP Check Form Code = 'A'.
