Setup a New Service Desk User

How do I add a new user to Service Desk so they have the ability to submit tickets with Penta Support?

If you would like a user to be setup in Service Desk please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Name of the User
  • User's email address

Once the user is setup, an email will be automatically sent to the user to complete the setup.Â
