Adjust Invoice Amounts window not allowing adjustment

Issue/Symptom/Question

I want to adjust an invoice. When I go to Adjust Invoice Amounts, it doesn't let me complete the process. Not sure what step I am missing. Here is a screenshot of what I am looking at.

  • Billing & Accounts Receivable > Automated Completion - Billing Purposes > Adjust Invoice Amounts

Resolution/Fix/Answer

When you enter the Adjust Invoice Amounts window, click the Query button. Enter the Job Id and Line Item Number, then click the Query button again.  Now you will be able to find the Line Item and make the adjustment.
