Penta Legacy Report - AP Aging is not reconciling to the Crystal Report - Union Fringe Benefit Contribution Report for a specific period.

Environment

Penta for Windows

PENTA Report > Report Initiation > Accounts Payable > Agings > AP Detail Aging (APDTLAGING)

PENTA Report > Crystal Report > Payroll > Union Fringe Benefit Contribution

If there are differences with the two reports, here are suggested reconciliation steps:

Step 1: Run the AP & Union report using the same dates:

AP Detail Aging run with End Date = 12/24/2017:

Union Fringe Benefit Contribution Report for the reporting period (through date ending in the AP date above):

Step 2: Factor in any deductions that are not on the fringe benefit report

Back-dated Rapid checks
Payroll deduction accruals
- The Union Fringe Benefit report will not include payroll deductions, but AP will show the payroll deduction accruals

Step 3: Limit the Union Fringe Benefit Report by Balance Sheet OU
