Issue/Symptom/Question

A user received an Internal System Error in the Work Order / Maintenance Contract billing (WO / MC) window and is now unable to access that window. The error message refers to: 

error: ORA-20014: Bad WO_SA_NUM: ORA-06512: at "PENTA.PK_WOINVOICE", line 3101ORA-06512: at "PENTA.PK_WOINVOICE"

Please provide the following information:

• PENTA User ID of the user who received the error
• Error history for the user (error history can be found following the steps here: Copying Error History Information from Penta)

Cause 

There are multiple potential causes for this error.  Penta Customer Support will review the error to determine the appropriate resolution.
