How to access the WO in Customer Console from the Web Dispatch Board?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Go to the ellipsis on the WO (either on the Task Board or Unassigned list) and click on Current Activity at Location

The WO will show on the Open List, then click on the WO Id and Name
