Issue:  The electronic 1099 generation file does not include the full vendor address, when using 2 names. The Name field in the Vendor Addresses block is entered to override the Name field of the Vendor Id.  Our system is set at Option 164, which will pick up the Vendor Addresses Name field value to print on the 1099. For the vendors with two names,  we are using the 1st Address line for the person's name, and the  2nd Address line for the LLC designation. Penta does not include this second address in the 1099 electronic file, and we need it to be included.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The 1099 process does not pick up the second (or third) address line entered in the Vendor Information screen's Vendor Addresses block (and never has) .  The second address line is used for remittance and some reporting, but not the 1099s.  

For the example vendor, an alternative would be to include the second 'name' in the Vendor Address Name field, something like 

    Name:   GREGORY FONDACARO / NINSA LLC
    Addr:     125 LINCOLN STREET

Where 'NINSA LLC is the second 'Name' value.

All else would remain the same.
