Adobe PDF error while indexing invoices in OnBase

Issue/Symptom/Question

While indexing invoices in OnBase we received the following error "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again."

Resolution/Fix/Answer

A different PDF viewer such as FoxIt may solve this issue.

This is a problem outside of OnBase.  Unfortunately there is nothing Penta can do to resolve this error message.
