How can I add a standard costcode description?

Standard Costcode Descriptions (Project Management>Setup>Costcodes>Standard Costcode Descriptions)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Standard Costcodes can be used in PENTA to default a costcode description for a specific costcode number/id. Standard costcodes can be a list system wide, multiple lists based on job type, or even, multiple lists based on different cost types. 

1. Navigate to Standard Costcode Description
   
2. Query back the complete list of standard costcodes and double check the costcode you are attempting to add does not already exist
   
3. Click the Insert button on the PENTA toolbar
   
4. Enter the standard costcode and description
