Running Report Closing Journal

Accounting Close:

Finance & Accounting > Accounting Closes > Close Accounting Period

Job Line Item Addition:

Project Management > Owner Contract Information > Contract Information OR

Project Management > Owner Contract Information > Schedule of Values

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• OU ID being closed
• User ID of user processing the close
• Date of Close
• Window where error occurred

Cause 

There was a change to a Line Item Job ID where the new Job ID is  missing the Line Item number that was on the previous Job ID.
