Error received when processing an accounting period close:

OU 2 cannot close this accounting period. It cannot close more than one period ahead of OU XXXX.

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

• Screenshot of error message
• Period number of the period being closed
• Period date being closed
