1099 Form "LB1099RI" print not an option

Issue/Symptom/Question

We are testing the printing of 1099 forms. Per the End of Year Bulletin 2 of 4 we want to utilize the duplex (post script) printing of 1099's with the vendor instructions on the reverse side (LB1099RI). However, this form is not an option.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The form is set up in the Finance & Accounting - Setup - Form Information window. Once the form is set up, the form is available in the List of Values Form Id: pop-up window of the 1099 Generation window.

If the form is not immediately visible, there may be a customized List of Values for this window in the System Management - Technical Support - Customized List of Values Windows.  A user with access to this window will have to review and update the script to return the correct forms.Â
