Updating Warehouse OU Id

Issue/Symptom/Question

  • We setup our new Warehouse with the wrong OU and did not realize until after we completed the inventory transfer load
  • What are our options to correct this?
  • The truck, which is a warehouse, has been transferred to a different OU, how can I update the OU field?

  • Inventory Transfer data load
  • Inventory> Setup > Warehouse Information window > OU field

Please submit a Service Desk ticket with your request.  Penta will evaluation whether the OU can be safely updated.Â
