How do I upload a logo into Onbase and assign to an OU Id?

How do I get my logo to show on a Docgen template?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Upload the logo file to OnBase via the OnBase Unity Client
2.  The logo file will need to be uploaded to the Document Type ‘Docgen Logos’. Here is an example (using the Unity client):
    
3.  You can use the Browse button to find the logo to import (eg a .png file in the Install_Files folder on the C: Drive).
4.  In the ‘OU Id’ keyword field, you can assign the OU Id to the Logo image.
5.  You can add additional ‘OU Id’ keyword field, by first placing the cursor inside the OU Id field and then pressing F6. This will allow you to assign multiple OU Id to the logo file.

Note: If an OU Id is not assigned to a logo file, when the report is generated under that OU Id, no logo will be printed.
