How can a crystal report be exported to Excel?

Export to Excel

1. Use the Preview Output option

1. Using Excel Output does not work unless reports are specifically written to work that way

2. Click on the export report button

3. Select Excel from the drop down list and click OK

4. click OK if not changing Excel Format Options

5. Name the report, select where to save the export, and click Save

6. Open the report from the saved location in Excel by double clicking the report
