Where is my Error History file?

System Management > Technical support > Error History file

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Open the Error History window.
2. Type in the User Id
   
3. Select the "Enter Query" icon 
4. Select Help / About Penta from the command line
5. Select "Information"
6. Select "Copy to Clipboard" 
7. Paste this information in your Support Ticket
