NOTE: Press keys separated by a comma in sequence. Press keys separated by a plus sign simultaneously.

* To access a menu, press ALT+ the letter underlined in the menu name on the Menu Bar.
* To execute a menu command, press the letter underlined in the command name.

* If a shortcut or accelerator exists for a pop-up window, a letter on the button of that window will be underlined.  Alt + the underlined letter launches the pop-up window.
