Other Compensation Information

Overview:

Use the Other Compensation Information window to set up global criteria for Other Compensation entries, which are typically one of the following:

  • Non-cash earnings (employee use of company vehicle) or
  • Employee expense associated with employee or spouse life insurance policies.

Benefits:

  • Provides a link between payroll amounts associated with Deductions/Reimbursements and W-2 Box 12 values.
  • Provides a link between payroll amounts associated with Deductions/Reimbursements and W-2 Box 14 values
  • Allows users to attribute imputed and other non-cash income to employees

Roles:

  • Payroll Manager
  • Payroll Clerk
