Overview:
Use the Crew Maintenance window to set up and review crews of field technicians that you can later assign to work on jobs and work orders. If your company is a user of PENTA's TEP application, setting up crews in advance allows field users, specifically field foreman, to quickly add their crew to a crew activity log, to log time, equipment, and production units.
This window consists of the following blocks:
- A header block – For creating new crews and review existing ones, as well as assigning a foreman and status to a crew.
- A Crew Members and Equipment block – For assigning employees and equipment to the crew highlighted in the header block.
You can also assign employees to an existing crew via the Employee Payroll Information window Miscellaneous tab
