Associate PTO Category with an Hour Class

Overview:

Linking a PTO Category to an hour class will reduce the outstanding PTO balance by the hours entered with the PTO Category. This allows you to maintain a current PTO balance for each employee and PTO Category. The training video below walks through the process of linking a PTO Category to a hour class code for this purpose.

  • Required to track PTO hours taken to maintain accurate employee  PTO balances
