Overview:
As an employee is activated or inactivated in PENTA, users can specify a Status Reason Code. The Employee Status Reason Codes window allows you to define unique reasons for which an employee is activated or inactivated.
Benefits:
- Allows for better tracking of human resources.
- Enables tracking of statuses like Do Not Hire and Laid off.
- More accurate tracking of labor acquisition and reduction.
