Wage & Fringe Reciprocity Rules By Union

Overview:

Use the Union Reciprocity Rules – by Union window to set up reciprocity rules between unions of the same trade type.

This window consists of the following three blocks:

• Top block – identifies home union elements of the reciprocity rule and the dates the rule is effective

• Middle block – identifies work union elements associated with the rule

• Bottom block – identifies pay rates mapped between the rule’s home union and the work union with focus in the middle block

Benefits:

• Utilized to fully leverage PENTA's Union Reciprocity functionality

• Enables rate to rate comparisons when Union Reciprocity framework is set up outside of PENTA 

• Enables fringe to fringe comparisons when Union Reciprocity framework is set up outside of PENTA
