Overview:

Documents related to an employee (W4, drivers license image, etc.) can be saved by attaching them to the employee master record in PENTA.

Benefits:

  • Quickly access OnBase repository through PENTA to view documents related to a specific employee
  • Import Documents into OnBase through PENTA

Roles:

  • Payroll Manager
  • HR Manager

Additional Content

  • The OnBase Security for the User is applied to restrict which documents in OnBase are visible to a User in PENTA

Location:

  • Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll Information
