Create Rapid Check Batch - Enter Hours
Overview:
PENTA offers a process designed for expediting the payroll check process for a single employee or small group of employees. This process is most commonly used for layoff checks. The rapid check process consists of the following:
- Enter a timecard batch which includes ALL of the employees hours for the pay period
- Kick off the rapid check process, which automatically processes the following steps all in one:
- Timecard Distribution
- Gross to Net Processing
- Create PR Check Files
- View/Print the check
