Create Employee Portal Account
Overview:
If your organization is using Penta's Employee Portal solution to share payroll check stubs, W2's, and other various company documents, as part of the Employee OnBoarding process, it is important to get new employees setup with an Employee Portal account. The training video below provides a step by step tutorial on getting new employees setup to access the Employee Portal.
Benefits:
- Share check stubs and W2's with Employee's online to reduce what needs to be mailed out
- Eliminates the dreaded 'I lost my W2" or "Can I get copies of my pay stubs" questions from employees
- Eliminate paper checks and go paperless!
