Record PTO Taken

Overview:

The Timecard Entry process allows PTO Hours taken to be record against the PTO Hours Classification code, which is how the PTO Hour Balance is tracked.

Benefits:

  • PENTA can be used to accrue PTO Hours and record when used, thus eliminating outside tracking
  • Optionally allow the PTO Hour balance to go below zero, or prevent negative PTO Hour balance per employee

  • Payroll Administrator
  • Payroll Manager
  • Dispatcher
