Record PTO Taken
Overview:
The Timecard Entry process allows PTO Hours taken to be record against the PTO Hours Classification code, which is how the PTO Hour Balance is tracked.
Benefits:
PENTA can be used to accrue PTO Hours and record when used, thus eliminating outside tracking
Optionally allow the PTO Hour balance to go below zero, or prevent negative PTO Hour balance per employee
