Deficiency Statuses

Overview:

The Deficiency Statuses window allows you to create and maintain deficiency statuses that PENTA will make available to other users. PENTA users can assign a deficiency status to identify the status of an inspection deficiency.

By default, PENTA includes the following statuses, which you cannot delete: Deferred, Open, Resolved.

Benefits:

• Provides the ability to track inspection deficiencies by status to easily identify what action(s) are needed
• Create your unique list of statuses to align best with you company/industry best practice
