Overview:
The Standard Work Order Line Item Structures window allows you to create, modify, and view billing lines for a Work Order invoice template. Work Order Line Item Structures can be assigned to Customer/Locations, or Work Order Templates, to streamline the Work Order setup process. Defaulting Work Order Line Item Structures eliminate the need to manually setup/copy line items each time a new work order is created.
Benefits:
- Auto create work order line items using default structures setup in advance
- Eliminate the need to manually create line items on new work orders
- Streamlines the work order creation process
