Overview:
The Service Management Configuration window allows you to establish at a system level a variety of parameters that control how the Service Management windows appear and function. The windows in which parameters that can be established include: Work Orders, Maintenance Contracts, Dispatch Configuration, Customer Portal, and Call Taking.
Benefits:
- Useful for establishing a master level variety of parameters that help control service management windows and screens
