Overview:

The Contract Types window allows you to define the nature of the contract and identify which OUs have authorization for each type. Examples of types are Full Maintenance and Regular. You can also define if this type is covered with Comprehensive Coverage. 

Benefits:

  • Useful for describing the type of maintenance contract
