Overview:
The Customer Equipment Conditions window allows you to establish a list of codes that define the status of customer equipment and identify which OUs have authorization for each code.
These conditions can also be used by technicians using the Mobile Field Service app so that technicians can record a piece of equipment’s condition while on a job.
Benefits:
- Useful for recording the condition of a piece of equipment.
