Customer Service Charges

Overview:

The Customer Service Charges window allows you to establish unique IDs and define each with specific attributes, including service charge percentages, sales tax in calculation, and payment terms used for billing. You can identify which OUs have authorization for each ID. 

Benefits:

  • Useful for defining the different types of specific charges used when billing service work
