RFI Status Codes

Overview:

As RFI's are created/updated in PENTA's Project Administration module, each RFI is associated to a RFI Status Code. The RFI Status Codes widow allows you to define each status code to properly track the status of each RFI in your process.


Examples:

Closed:

  • Resolved

Open:

  • New
  • Being Reviewed

Cancelled

  • Cancelled

Benefits:

  • Provides the ability to track the status of RFI's
  • Ability to user define a full list of status codes, summarized into three main groups; Closed, Open, and Cancelled.
