Communication Types
Overview:
Communication records can be logged and tracked throughout a project's lifetime in PENTA. A Communication record in PENTA requires a Communication Type. A Communication Type allows you to categorize the various types of communications that occur throughout a project and the Communication Types window is where you set up these different types. Examples of Communication Types: Emails, Transmittals, Submittals, or a phone call conversation
