The Change Request Types window allows you to set up Change Request Types to categorize the change requests into different buckets. Examples include:

Owner Requested Change
Internal Change Order
Budget Reallocation

Benefits:

Ability to track Change Request Types, and define estimate and forecast inclusion rules
