Change Request Progress Codes

Overview:

Change Request Progress Codes are alphanumeric codes that you use to keep track of a change request’s completion progress over the course of its life. Milestones that you might use for measuring progress would be “Verbal Approval,” “Started Work,” and “Billings Issued". 

Benefits:

  • Ability to track completion progress in the system using user defined progress codes
