Overview:
The Change Request Status Codes window allows you to set up status codes that indicate how PENTA should process Change Requests. Here you can associate your company’s own statuses with standard PENTA statuses that indicate whether PENTA Defers Billing and Revenue Recognition. This window eliminates the need to manually identify billable costs associated with pending or void change orders and ensures that PENTA includes all billable costs in its Revenue Recognition and billing calculations.
