Meeting Status Codes

Overview:

In Project Administration, you can create/log/track Meetings and within those Meetings track: agenda items, meeting minutes, and action codes. The Meeting records have status codes to report on what Meetings are currently open, closed, and Meetings that have actions to occur. Meeting Status Codes/descriptions can be placed in 3 buckets: Closed, Open, and Cancelled.

Benefits:

• Provides the ability to track and report on the status of Meetings
• Ability to customize a full list of status codes for Meetings
