Service Task Information
Overview:
The Task Information window allows you to create Work Order tasks with required types and amounts of labor, subtasks, tools, materials, and special skills. You can identify which OUs have authorization for each ID. Each task can be defined for a specific service type or can be setup for multiple service types. You can create a task and allow inspection questions to be created for this task when technicians perform inspections and can use this task on their inspection work orders. Further information can be added to a task adding any user defined field information.
Benefits:
- Useful for creating specific tasks to be completed for a work order
- Define a task by how many technicians are needed, what the estimated hours are, if any tools and materials are need, and other specific information
- Ability for a task to have inspection questions set up
