Project Review and Forecast Entry (PRFE) Inquiry

Overview:

The Project Review and Forecast Entry (PRFE) window is used to bring back all detail related to a Job, Project Manager, OU, or Other Attributes to perform summary and detail analytics. The PRFE window opens in query mode and is the place to start to see summary Job info (total billed, revenue to date, cost to date, indicated outcome, etc.) and then be able to drill into detail information (invoices billed, costcode transactions, employees hours worked, PO line # detail, etc.) for a specific through date. For example, viewing all costs posted as of a date can be helpful when determining period cutoff amounts that are used in Revenue Recognition. Once the Job is reviewed, the Forecast can be initiated from this window.
