Rental Calendars

Overview:

Rental Calendars are used in the Rental Method of charging Equipment to Jobs. The purpose of a Rental Calendar is to define which days of the week are "Working Days", i.e. which days of the week to charge and not charge a Job if an Asset is located on the Job site. In addition to specifying specific days of the week, "Exception" dates can be defined within a Rental Calendar. This is done by specifying a specific date and marking it as a "Non Working" date, within the "Exceptions" portion of the Rental Calendar screen. Rental Calendars can be made to apply to both cost tracking and/or billing. Rental Calendars are assigned at the Job level.

  • Allows users to accurately charge equipment when work is not being completed.
  • Allows users to accurately charge equipment over holidays or special occasions.
