Form Information

Overview:

The Form Information window allows you to set up and maintain the different forms you use for printing checks, invoices, reports, and other documents PENTA generates for you. 

Examples:

  • Payroll Checks/Direct Deposits
  • Accounts Payable Checks/Direct Deposits
  • Accounts Payable Online Payments 
  • Accounts Payable Credit Card Payments
  • 1099
  • W2

Benefits:

  • Ability to select check layouts for both Accounts Payable and Payroll
  • Automates the posting of accounting entries during check processing
  • Ability to grant or restrict security access on a user by user level to better control access to check process
