Invoicing Addresses

Overview:

The Invoicing Addresses window allows you to define internal addresses that can be later printed on a Job, Work Order, and Maintenance Contract invoices. Invoicing Addresses should be set up for all remit to addresses and correspondence addresses that ultimately need to be printed on AR invoices.


Benefits:

  • A single window to set up all internal remit to and correspondence addresses
  • Creates a pick list of Invoicing Addresses for printing on AR invoices

  • Accounts Receivable Manager

Location:

  • Billing & Accounts Receivable > Setup > Invoicing Addresses
