Field of Study

Overview:

The Field of Study window allows you to define all of the Education Field of Study that you are interested in tracking in PENTA's Human Resources module. Once the Field of Study list has been setup in the system, they can be assigned to employees via the Employee HR Information window. The Employee Profile Search window can then be utilized to search for a list of employees that have a specific field of study in combination with any other skill, certification, degree, etc.. This information can also be viewed within the Employee HR Information window.

  • Accounting
  • Art
  • Business Administration
  • Business Law
  • Engineering
  • Finance

Benefits:

  • Track employee's field of study
  • Search for employees based on field of study
