Training Types

Overview:

Penta's human resources module allows for tracking of training classes as well as training attendance. Each training class is required to be assigned to a training type. The Training Types window allows you to build out your complete list of various training types. This is a prerequisite to setting up training classes in the system.

• Technical Skills
• Equipment Training
• Heavy Equipment Training
• Project Management
• Project Planning
• Continuing Education

Benefits:

• Categorize training classes into sub categories of training types
• Ensure employees are staying current on training requirements
