Contact Type Maintenance

Overview:

The Contact Type Maintenance window can be used to provide additional information for both Customer and Vendor contacts. Contact Types can be set up and made available to be used on customer contacts, vendor contacts, regulatory agency contacts, or a combination of these entities. Below are a few examples of commonly used Contact Types:

• Sales
• Accounts Receivable/Billing
• Accounts Payable
• Bid Contact Information
• Operational

Benefits:

• Ability to create Contact Types specific to Vendors or Customers
• Used in conjunction with Contact Titles to provide additional data elements used for reporting

• Accounts Receivable Manager
