Overview:
Use the Union Reciprocity Rules – by Union window to set up reciprocity rules between unions of the same trade type.
This window consists of the following three blocks:
- Top block – identifies home union elements of the reciprocity rule and the dates the rule is effective
- Middle block – identifies work union elements associated with the rule
- Bottom block – identifies pay rates mapped between the rule’s home union and the work union with focus in the middle block
Benefits:
- Utilized to fully leverage Penta's Union Reciprocity Functionality
- Enables Rate to Rate comparisons when Union Reciprocity Framework is set up outside of PENTA
- Enables Fringe to Fringe comparisons when Union Reciprocity Framework is set up outside of PENTA
