Overview:

The Call Types window allows you to establish codes categorizing requests for service work and identify which OUs have authorization for each code, which you can associate with a Work Order, Maintenance Contract, and Service Quote. Examples of Call Types include: unscheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or preventative maintenance.

Benefits:

  • Identify the type of work for a Work Order, Maintenance Contract, or Service Quote.
